How many calories are you eating guys?
I was eating 1960 based off of MFP's suggestion, but recently switched to 2300 based off TDEE methods I have seen on here. I have steadily gained since doing (bout a week and a half ago, but my routine has been thrown off the last 2 weekends with parties and vacation)
I know I'm supposed to give my body time to adjust, so I'm gonna stay with this for at least the rest of the week.
I'd love to hear how many calories guys similar to me are eating.
Thanks!

you are at my goal weight. I'm the same height. I'm 230 now and eat 2600 a day which is about 600 less than my TDEE.0

I'm 6'4, 220 pounds. My TDEE is 2700ish with my current exercise (30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of lifting, 3 days a week). It has dropped just a little because I haven't taken a diet break in a while. If I were to take a couple week diet break, it would be more around 2900 at that level of exercise. I know this because I track everything I eat and compare it to my weight loss/gain over time. Here is a good website to do that: https://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/HackDiet
Just track everything you eat and then compare it to the results to get your TDEE. Most calculators were failry close (within 100) for me, so that was a good starting point.0 -
Man, i feel really unsure oh how i should proceed.
I currently have a desk job, lift weights 3 days a week (stronglifts 5x5) and do 30-40 mins of cardio 2 days a week ussually. I wasnt eating back exercise cals when doing the TDEE method, because i understood it, they were basically built in.0 -
i am a little over 6'0 ft,212 lbs and take in around 1850 calories a day.I am losing 2.5ish bs a week consistently for the last month or so0

I am a little over 6'0 and average 220-224 lbs. On my weight loss diet of -1/2 lbs a week its 2200 cals but I usually burn 250-300 cals doing cardio and 200-250+ cals doing weights. This makes my TDEE on the high end 2200+550=2750 calories eaten.
Macros are

35% Protein
30%fat
ETA: On my off days I just eat 2200 cals.0 -
