I have always had very large upper arms and I feel very insecure about them. I realize that you can't always pin point one area of your body to lose weight or tone because that's not always possible but, I am eating healthy and exercising while working on toning my arms but, I am lost....
What exercises do I do to tone my arms and get rid of upper arm fat?
What has worked for you?
I don't want my arms to always be large and for me to always be insecure... I hope someone has a magic workout haha!

You can't "tone" fat. Just keep losing weight.

The magic exercise is patience. Eating "healthy" is nice, but you need to be in a Caloric deficit to lose weight/fat. And pretty much any exercise that works your upper arm will help maintain muscle mass, so that when you eventually lose the fat, your arms will look good.

I am no expert, but I use 1kg weights and body weight exercises to try and keep my upper arms trim. They're really easy to do at home as no equipment is required and if you don't have weights you can use two equal food cans!

There are enough variations to work most of the muscles in your upper arms, even when I go to the gym, the majority of my arm exercises are with free weights or bodyweight.

There is nothing wrong with working out these areas while you're losing weight, you will build strength and improve muscle condition and what's wrong with that!
