Anyone using DDPYoga?

A couple of friends are doing this, downloading the videos or using you tube. I dont know about results but one friend has been really aching after his ddp yoga workouts. Can only be good?

Anyone else done or doing this? Considering giving it a go. That, or the 30 day shred haha.

    It looks like a great workout! Also, if you have friends also using it, that could help with accountability and encouragement and could make it more fun. Also if you're naturally competetive it could push you harder.

    This is true. Considering the different variety of ways people on MFP exercise, I am surprised no one has tried it

    I haven't tried DDP, although I have done some other yoga workouts in the past.


    I only know about DDP because of the "never give up" video of Arthur on Youtube. It's my go-to inspiration video whenever I need motivation.

    Edited to add: I have a Biggest Loser Weight Loss Yoga DVD that absolutely KICKS my booty...it's not "relaxing" or "restful" yoga at all.

    My husband claims to love the videos, but has only done the Diamond Dozen a few times. I found the guy irritating, personally.

    We spent a lot of money on the full package, and I have been very disappointed. He also includes a crap diet plan.

    Maybe that's why you haven't seen his program mentioned here before. :yawn:

    Bump, I was just looking for some local yoga classes. I've only tried Birkam or Hot Yoga classes and that kicks my butt! I wanted to try other forms of Yoga and I never thought to chech out youtube. I will check out the link tonight.

    No one I know has paid for the package, only youtube videos and downloading videos.

    I'd love to try bikram yoga, nowhere near me does it!
