Hello friends!
I currently doing Jillian Michaels ripped in 30, but am wanting to start looking for what to do next.
I have done turbo fire for 7 weeks.
I have also tried out p90x.
Any advice on at home programs you have done, what works really well, and something that incorporate some weights since I am doing that now for ripped in 30!

I love Ripped and am finishing Week 4 so have been wondering the same thing. I think I'm going to do another round of Ripped. I have just started complimenting it with Brazilian Butt Lift, which seriously targets my problem area lower half. It's really fun and phew, you feel it! It also has some upper body aspects.0
