10 Month Progress (Face)

Hello MFP peeps!
I wanted to share my 10th month of progress.
I'm 31, 5' 10", 1320-1500 cal.
Exercise 30 minutes every week day.
• Jogging on my 15 minute brake at least once a day.
• Park at the far end of the parking lot.
• Use a pull-up bar.
• Office exercises on my second 15 minute brake. Triceps dips
At one point I was at 25 lbs lost but now I have been gaining weight in muscle.
The scale doesn't take in account body fat percentage.
Can't wait to be one year on MFP in May.
