    coconut milk is the bomb

olive oil, coconut oil, flaxseed oil/seeds, chia seeds, salmon, mackerel, other fatty fish (good ole omega-3s) - it's easy to rack up the fat. Just stay clear of hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated vegetable oils

I also save the drippings from my bacon to use when cooking other meat. Chicken that tastes like bacon? Yes. Always yes.

First of all, I'm so very sad you can't eat avocado. :(

    Congratulations on the pregnancy!

Eggs WITH cheese are one of my go-to's when I'm low on fat for the day.

I'll stop there, because you've received some great ideas here. Mmmmm bacon....

Extra virgin olive oil. Cook with it, dress your salads and sandwiches with it, eat it in hummus and other dips.

Pizza, chocolate, cheese, chips, doughnuts, ice cream, crisps. If you have calories and fat extra then enjoy it. As long as you're hitting your macro goals and getting enough fibre and micronutrients you can eat whatever you want.
There's no such thing as 'clean' or 'healthy' foods, just the right amount of nutrients. Plus avocados are gross.
I hate wasting precious fat grams and calories on oils and nuts when it can be used on more enjoyable foods.
