Inspired by people who log light housework. They got me thinking, what if I logged everything?

How many calories:

1. Carrying an uncooperative toddler who does not want to go home in one hand and a giant snow sled in the other? For half a mile?

2. Shopping designer sample sale with 1000 other women?

Add your own below :)

That adding light cleaning to exercise I wonder about too.I have a 2 year old and 6 month old and i clean up mnimum of 2 hours a day! Yesterday I re-arranged thewhole house (furniture and all) but didn't know how to track it calorie wise, so i just give myself a little lee-way,maybe 100-200 calories..so even if my number is in the negative i know i was moving around

I really think that if something is an everyday occurrence..something you normally do throughout the day then I would not log it because that is what your TDEE is. I wash dishes everyday, I pick up the house everyday....walking a half mile with your child and a sled..well that is out of the ordinary then I would log it (not sure how though)
