Advice please :)

I've noticed that I am eating more protein and sugar than my recommended daily goal by about 15-50g. I am only eating natural carbs and sugars (no pasta, bread, sweets, etc.). Is it healthy to be over or something I should correct? Also, how can I eat less if it's natural (fruits, etc.) and still be within the recommended daily goal? Thanks in advance for reading! :)

Extra protein is usually a good thing. Ignore the sugar from fruit.

All the #'s in our macros are guidelines. You're not going to die by going over on your #'s. MFP actually really under estimates protein so going over by 20, 30, 50 is actually probably good. Unless your a diabetic I wouldn't be concerned about sugar unless your drinking like a 12pack of soda a day then I'd reduce.

MFP's default value's aren't great for protein. Start looking into how much you should be consuming, then adjust your mfp goal accordingly with the custom settings.

As for sugar, i don't bother tracking it. Natural sugar is different from refined processed sugar.... avoid lots of processed sugar and don't sweat it.
