has anyone tried a three day cleanse to jump start your fitness plan? how did it work and would you recommend it?

I don't know which particular plan you're referring to but I would say that three day detoxes are fantastic for getting the junk out of your system, followed by a perfectly healthy eating regime which you can carry on for the rest of your life (albeit with a few treats every so often). Drinking water helps to rid your body of junk, too.0

You don't need to waste your time, money, and energy on a "cleansing" diet! Once you begin a healthy lifestyle, your body will cleanse itself the right and healthy way, without wasting your money, or getting you sick!0
