I used to eat until I felt sick almost every day before I started counting calories. I never threw up, though- I just felt too full all the time. I also didn't eat well- desert for every meal, nutella croissants for breakfast, lots of unhealthy lunch meat, etc.
It's been more than a year, and my diet has changed a lot. I no longer eat bad foods on a daily basis; I leave it for Saturdays because I go in town often and will usually order something from a fast food.
Well, I noticed that my body no longer tolerates me eating bad food for a long period of time anymore. I get indigestions when I go back to my parent's place and snack on all the junk food my mom buys for my little sisters. But the worst was when I came back to Montréal by bus on Saturday. I ate a very large poutine for supper, was unable to finish it (me, not finishing a poutine?! That is a FIRST), and then when I arrived home at 11 pm I got hungry again. I had no food left and broke down on a nutella binge.
Then, for the first time ever that night, I puked my guts out because of what I had eaten.
That proved to me that bad foods are really not good for my body. It was used to them before, but now, it just won't accept them.

Now I think of nutella and fries and I feel like gagging.
