Calorie question

I do cardio 5-6 days a week and I eat healthy. Here's my problem- I am always below in what I should be eating calorie-wise... Is this something I should be worrying about?

Looked at your food diary. You're not that far under your 2050 calorie goal. If you don't feel like you're starving, I'd say you're fine.

yes. if you don't eat enough, your bmr will adjust to a lower intake, therefore your weight loss will slow down and most likely not be steady

Looking at your diary, I'd say you're not eating enough.

Your body needs a certain number of calories just to exist. It needs more calories to do all the exercise you're asking it to do. To lose weight, you need to eat about 20% less than those two amounts. Eating more than a 20% deficit is not healthy.

Eat back more of your exercise calories. Eat more in general!

If you are using MFP settings, try to reach your calorie goal every day. If you are adding exercise, many would suggest to eat back 50-75% of close calories (especially if you are using the calories burned given by the machine or MFP, which are likely inflated). If you're within 100 calories of your goal every day, you've got nothing to worry about.

Yes, if you consistently under-eat. If you don't provide your body with enough fuel (food) it will lower your metabolism.

It could be, depending on your goals. Some days you are pretty far under. You often don't meet your fat goal. If you add a good fats from olive oil, nuts, avocado and seeds to your diet that will drive up your calories pretty quick.

Your protein setting also seems pretty low for a 29 yo man.

You definitely need to up what you're eating to burn at the rate you're shooting for. Try an extra serving of lean meat a day to get you started raising it.

You should be eating all your calories each day as cleanly as possible. Try eating a big breakfast to get you going in the morning. Snack every couple hours to keep your metabolism in check. You also much eat back the calories you burn from workouts. MFP will have you do this once you log the workout. It is a great tool and if used properly you will have great results! Good luck

Yes! I had a hard time when I first started out but then I started planning my meals and workouts ahead of time so I know that I will meet my goal. I used to look at my diary at 7:00 at night and freak out because i still had 500 calories to eat and there was no way I could eat them before bed. I'm sure you will get great advice from people who have been doing this much longer than I have. Good luck.
