Hi I'm new need friends!!! :)

I need some feed back. I've been exercising with weights and doing cardio and the weight won't come off. What can I do!!! I've been on a high protein low carbs and low fat diet. Drinking lots of water and ntn!!!

    Replacing fat with muscle is a possibility. Do you have a "smart scale" that tells you your percentages?

    stay the course.......we all plateau from time to time as our body makes adjustments internally. keep eating healthy and make sure that your diet provides a good variety.
