Count your macros!!! Your prob not eating enough or your fat is converting to muscle. If that was the case though, you would prob gain weight. You most likely aren't eating enough! Hit me up if you would like to know more about macros!!

What is your current weight and goal? Also what is your bf%? Maybe you are being unrealistic in your goal.

Why are you eating low fat? Low fat diets are unheatlhy for most people.

I was going to say eat more healthy fats and healthy carbs. When I tried the low fat/low carb thing my weight didn't budge a bit. Now it's melting off and i am not even "dieting" - I just mind my portions and try to "eat clean" as much as possible.

Fat converts to muscle at the same ratio and speed that lions convert to cheetahs.

I avoid anything labelled low fat and try and eat 'real' food as often as possible - butter over margarine etc...
low fat is generally not healthy and I find it often leads me to gain weight.

I started doing what your doing in January....lost only 5#'s...but tons of inches...now march and this week i dropped 2#'s (not recording till friday) Just like that this week. Give your body some time. Also this is what i think is helping me....try changing your nutrition levels under goal settings...mark custom...then under fat add 30%, under protein add 30% and under carbs add 40%. This number will fluctuate if you add your exercise calories...i try to stick to my original number before exercise and don't eat all my exercise calories back...but some if im hungry or had a huge work out day! Good luck...To achieve good results it does take lots of learning and trying different things to do...you can reach your goals..don't give up!
