Question about time between workouts

I am going to the gym tonight at 615 and probably wont get home until like 830. Im going to be doing back and shoulders and then cardio. Tomorrow morning I want to go to the gym before work which would be like 5. Im just planning on doing 35 minutes of cardio tomorrow morning no weights. Is that ok or should their be more time in between??

Since you're only doing cardio tomorrow, yes, that's fine. As long as you're not working the same muscle groups with WEIGHTS two days in a row.0

Totally fine. If you do decide to do strength training tomorrow, just don't work the same muscle groups.0
