When you post a question in a MFP forum and ask for some suggestions or input, PLEASE give us a little bit of personal info. The answer to the question "Am I getting enough calories?" can vary widely, depending on your sex, age, activity level, current weight, etc. Let us know a little bit about you so we can give you the help you ask for.

I haven't been of MFP very long, but long enough to know that I can't offer the proper support without having the information necessary to make helpful suggestions or input.

I think what is even more irritating is when a question is asked, and one is expected to give an answer with a closed diary. It's like going to the doctor with a rash, but when asked to remove your clothing, the person reply that it is not necessary or tell the doctor that it is not necessary for him/her to see the rash. There are certain questions I refuse to answer if I cannot see the diary to to assess what the problem is. I have no problem with any seeing my diary and asking me questions or informing me about doing something differently. I am on here to learn and lose weight, not waste time.

Or take a few moments to look around, read the stickies, check the Search, figure out how the site works instead of signing up and immediately posting a "Help, can't loose" topic.
