Bolthouse Farms Yogurt Ranch Dressing

If anyone hasn't heard of this yet, go try it! It tastes exactly like real ranch dressing, but comes in at only 45 calories (compared to, I think, about 200 for real ranch), and only 3 grams of fat (compared to real ranch's 18 grams or so). Just wanted to share one of my favorite substitutes. Enjoy

I do something like this. I mix the ranch seasoning packets with Greek yogurt for veggie dip. I've had friends try it and ask what brand ranch it is. Tastes so much better than ranch, and it's so much healthier. All the credit goes to Pinterest for this one!

Yes --- I use both of these tricks. I'm allergic to eggs, so mayonaise is out for me, so I use ranch dressing quite a bit, including in tuna fish, etc. These have been a life saver for me!

They also have salsa ranch...that is the bomb.
