Hello
I am 5ft 4inches (and a half) and 155lbs (11stone I think....)and have really aching knees, ankles and hips. I suspect its a bit of arthritis and a bit of age creeping on (I am 37), but I wondered if anyone had found these kinds of aches and pains when they lost weight?
Thank you

I have noticed a big difference going from 211 to 196 now. I have stage 3 to 4 osteoarthritous and its been amazing to feel so much better in the knees! I still cant do stairs or squats, but just walking longer is a reward!
Keep going its going to be worth it!0
