Introduction from a proud Grandmom

Hello! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm 5'2, 40 years young and started at 204 lbs when I first downloaded MFP. Since then I have lost 15 pounds and thinking maybe another 20 to go. My main goal was to decrease my BMI and tone up. I currently work out 4-6 days a week with an hour on the elliptical each day except for the 2 days I do Zumba. My calorie consumption is about 1200 a day. Would love to have a few new friends for moral support on those "less than pleasant " days! Feel free to add me if you like! Have a healthy day!!

    You can add me also. I'm a 55 year old grandmother or two beautiful granddaughters. I also want to decrease my BMI and tone up. I just started and need to lose about 25 pounds. Love cycling and can't wait until it warms up so I can get outdoors. For now I use elliptical and treadmill and do cardio dvds.
