Haven't been on a while and have missed the postings =O( I ran my first 5K last weekend and I had a time of 36 minutes....not great but I was happy =O)
I am going to attempt to post pictures. The before are from October and then the now.

Good job! You can definitely see a difference in your stomach. Keep it up, girl! I can't run a 5k yet but I want to!!!! Did you run the whole thing or walk some of it? My goal is to be able to RUN the whole thing. *crosses fingers*0

Congrats on completing your first 5K.You should be proud of your accomplishment. Were you nervous? Did you run the whole thing or did you walk some? I'm doing my first one on Saturday, if I don't chicken out.0

Normally I run the entire thing but they threw us a curve ball.....haha We ran at Clearwater Beach and there's a huge Causeway Bridge, well we ended up having to run up that bridge and then turn around at the top and come back down. I'm not used to running up hills so winded me! I ended up walking for about 15 - 30 seconds to catch my breath once I got to the bottom of the bridge.
You will be addicted once you run one ... lol I am doing another one in June and I can't wait. It will go by sooooooo fast and you'll wonder why it doesn't seem to be that short when you're running at home...haha =O)
Thanks for the compliments! I've been really down lately because while I've lost pant sizes I really haven't lost any weight =O( I know weight isn't everything but you know how your mind plays with you!
