Hello I am New

I am trying to get some advice on how I can reach my calorie goals without going over my Fat, Sugars, Proteins and Sodium level. I have just recently been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. I seem to burn more calories daily then what I actually consume. However I did lose 21 pounds since February 9th when I started. If anyone has any suggestions that may help me I sure would appreciate it very much!
