Newbie trying to lose the last few pounds

Hello, all. I'm nearly done, I hope, with my weight loss "era" as I've lost 51 pounds so far and have maybe 15 more to go. My experience tells me that keeping track of calories and exercise are crucial for my success so I thought I'd try this site which seems to be quite convenient. I'd also like to transition to broader health improvement issues like building some upper body strength and flexibility instead of focusing solely on cardio. Also, I'd like to scrutinize my diet a bit more than just total calories. And I'm sure I'll need to continue to keep track of everything to make sure I don't fall off the wagon. Wish me luck!
