Help with upping calories?

Hello there! I am currently looking to up my calories after under-eating for about a year and a half due to an eating disorder. I did receive inpatient treatment and was consuming probably 2000 calories a day, however my weight never stopped fluctuating before I was released.
I went through a rough patch recently and have been under-eating again, usually staying within 1000-1150. The past three days I have eaten 1200+ or close to 1200 and have felt better, and have a net gain of 0.7lbs. I have never maintained my weight, ever. I've always been stuck in a weight loss/gain cycle, and I'm still young to have this issue.
I am 5'7-5'8 depending on where I am measured, and weighed 128 this morning. My question is, what should my maintenance goal be, and how should I get there? How fast should I increase my calories (all at once, or raise by a certain amount slowly...?)
Thank you in advance!
Edit: Forgot to mention that if you look at my diary, today is not very typical. I was sick with strep throat.

Increase it by 100 calories a week. I'm the same height and only 10lbs less and my maintenance calories are supposed to be around 1600 so a little over that. If you set MFP to maintenance it will tell you the exact amount of calories.0

Depends on how active you are. I'd assume if you're even reasonably active you should be eating at least 2000 calories per day.0
