natural digestion help?

hi! i have been drinking way too much coffee and way too little water for the past week, and now i feel like there's a brick in my stomach. i don't like taking OTC meds, so can anyone recommend any natural products for digestion help? i bought Good Belly shots and Senna leaf tea at the store, anyone who has had experiences with those could you tell me about it? i am usually busy all day so i don't want to take it and be surprised by some emergency situation haha :noway:

When you said natural I thought- drink plenty of water, ensure that you have adequate fiber in your diet and possible probiotics(yogurt with live active cultures- most yogurts have this)0

i'm usually good with fiber but i will be the first to admit i am not drinking enough water, it's just such a hassle to leave my desk every 30 minutes to use the bathroom when i drink a lot of water0

senna is one of a few types of laxatives, dont use it it unless in serious constipation, it over activates the mesenteric plexus and also can become addictive, as well as increases the risk of diverticulitis and cancer of colon by a lot in prolonged use. if you are having digestive problems drink
mint tea/green tea no sugar
dried prunes or prune juice or anything in natural form of prunes it will clear you up in no time
lots of water
flax seed oil
maybe you just have a stomach virus or flu, had that for a couple days, couldnt eat anything0 -
If you slowly increase the amount slowly(giving your bladder time to adjust) and spread it throughout the day then (in my experience) it's not as bad. Also high fiber+low water could be part of the problem, the fiber needs the lubrication that liquids provide to keep moving along.0
