consider this your cheat day for the week
start fresh tomorrow, and don't be too hard on yourself, it may lead to for big mac's!0 -

We've all been there icup, no need to beat yourself up over it. For some of us, dieting is a life long process and no one's gonna be perfect. Just have a some extra water the next couple days to flush it out of your system and get yourself back on track with your food and exercise.
Good luck!!

Yes, I agree, keep your head up high and tomorrow is another day!!!! Hey, the last 2 weeks I was over my calories by 300-500 every day!!!! And I survived and started again...and I did not gain a pound either!!! And 600 calories under?? That is way too low...try to eat all your calories so you are not ravenous the next day. :flowerforyou:0

We have all been there, and we will all be there again.
No worries....just get back on track:flowerforyou:0 -
You are NOT a failure... you had some treats (I had a Big Mac on Sunday - 540 calories and worth every bit!), and you will move on, right? Just chalke it up to giving your body a feed so that it doesn't think it is being starved and go forward!

That was me on Monday.
My boyfriend came down to visit me, he lives about an hour an a half away. I had planned on making him some ribs for dinner a nice meal and was going to work out extra hard to burn them off... but I never made it to the gym. Instead I racked up about 900 extra calories OVER. We had ice cream for desert.
It stinks, but I went back yesterday to the gym and today... trying to move on.
We're only human right?0 -
You are not a failure. You are human. And it is unrealistic to believe that you will never mess up. We all do. Just drink lots of water and work out a little more tomorrow. You never know, that big mac may actually help your metabolism and boost your weight loss this week.0

I only just joined this site recently, and i already had a failure day  , but i am going to listen to the adivse i'm about to give to you, its ok to have a day like this, just pick yourself up dust youself off and get straight back on the wagon . I am determined not to loose this battle. With all the support on this site, im sure we will all succeed. Good luck and don't beat your self up bout this little glitch.0

I agree with everyone...don't beat yourself up for 1 day. Plus...I truely believe that the body evens itself out, just like it can heal itself. If you were short yesterday, and over today...it evens out. Good luck...and don't worry about it...I was over the last couple days..and today I'm under...hmm...guess it's evening out!0

I'm right there with you, i baked a chocolate cake.
and ate most of it...
BUT tomorrow is still waiting for us to turn it all around!!!0 -
We all need to have a chance to eat something that we crave. If we don't divulge in the little pleasures occasionally then that will only make for a binge disaster. Tomorrow is a new day to get back on track. My pleasure aka reward day is tomorrow... going out to lunch with the girls at work!0
