    Sadly, it takes more than luck as I'm sure you know. It takes constant logging, as much physical activity as your body and schedule will permit. It takes a lot of focus and self-forgiveness on days when we screw up. It takes a gazillion mini goals to keep our spirits high. It takes bottles and bottles of water, adjusting portions, compromise and making the best choices we can with what we have. It takes celebrating the baby steps (not with food) and finding new past times that don't involve food.
