i gained 25 pounds over a 6 month period. I lost weight on here before, but then started to binge eat out of boredem and exposed my feelings with food. I'm so dissapointed in myself, i've tryed sooooo many times to get back on track, but its just not working. I weigh 135 pounds and used to weigh a perfect, confident 110 pounds. I just want to cry when i look in the mirror now. I don't want to see any of my family or friends because i do not want them to see me like this. I don't know what to do, i'm soo dissapointed in myself.

please don't be so hard on yourself - you can get back to your goal weight. Add me - I am new to the site and have been where you are emotionally - sometimes I still am0

Failure IS an option. But quitting isn't.
You could undo the damage in a few months if you work hard enough. Change your mindset as much as you can. Think as food as fuel, not just indulgences.0 -
Put your weight gain into perspective. You realize that you've been out of control, so now get back in control. I find that reading people's comments on this site is really inspiring and helpful. Especially pictures of people's progress. Check out the pictures that people post of their transformation over 3, 4, 6 months. It is so amazing. 6 months from now you can look entirely different, more fit, toned, and heatlhy.
Also, spend time researching healthy recipe websites for ideas for meals. I cannot believe how good read food tastes. If I knew back when I was gorging on ho hos, hersheys kisses, pizza, donuts, cookies, etc, that actual real food can be really delicious and filling, I dont think I would be overweight. It takes time to cook your own meals and avoid processed foods, but you will have so much energy and feel so good, it will help with your motivation. It takes a lot of time to read about what whole foods can do for your health, and how to make awesome meals and snacks, but the feeling that you get from eating something that is full of nutrients cant compare to the feeling you get from eating garbage.0
