I've got the munchies ...

It's 2.30pm, and the sugar fairy wants me to eat chocolate, or cake or anything sweet and full of empty calories.

I don't want to .... every day this week I've caved, and I'm trying desperately hard to get back on the healthy eating wagon .... so this is my way of warding off the cravings!

Anyone got some will-power to throw my way?

    Thought I'd post an update - yesterday was the first day in nearly a week that I didn't cave to the sugar cravings and went on to eat well for the whole day.

    Just had another visit from the sugar-cravings but kicked it away with a large handful of dried fruits and nuts!

    I have to be under 60kgs by Monday! So fed up of getting close, and then un-doing all my hard work.

    I like to have a browse of http://thisiswhyyourefat.tumblr.com/ when I get cravings. It all looks so disguisting that I lose my appetite!

    you go girl you can do it. I always think when I have a craving. DO I REALLY NEED THIS? AM I REALLY HUNGRY? DO I JUST NEED WATER & NOT FOOD? CAN I HAVE SOMETHING ELSE INSTEAD? If I answer yes & food to them all then I have it, most of the time I talk myself out of it!
