Now mind you, I have been eating 90% lindt squares on the regular... but though I would spice things up and get a 70% cranberry and orange chocolate bar from safeway. It made me sick (the sugar). So I threw it away. The old me would have eaten the whole thing despite how it made me felt, but the new me tossed it. I even made room to have the whole thing for my calories for the day. Oh well, off to fill them up with healthy veggies!

Seriously, it was the best feeling. Not because I was getting rid of the chocolate... because I do eat it... but because I have finally started to listen to my body and not ignore what it is saying.

You could mail all the chocolate to me. I will gladly eat/dispose of it for all of you.

Good move! I did the same thing with an ice cream bar. I took one bite and hated it so I tossed it. I'm not wasting calories on something that doesn't taste good just because it's sweet.

Yep the downside to eating healthy. The healthier you eat, more ill you feel from junk....

Upside- Makes cheat days just not worth the effort...

Milk chocolate and reese just taste icky to me now, after eating dark chocolate for years.
