    My midwife prescribed bacon to me for post-partum depression. No joke.

    It has awesome amino acids that provide the building blocks for the myelin sheaths insulating our nerves. People with too little fat in the diet literally "short out" like a frayed wire.

    I keep depression and anxiety at bay with bacon.

    Also, it's delicious. :love:

    I dont buy bacon at the moment but 3% fat roh S *****en had to split that up or it thinks its a swear word lol tasts nearly as good and much less calories
