Okay, so I got my Polar Ft4 all hooked up, (which this thing would sync up with MFP)
Anyhow, says my resting heart rate is 80 ish. So.. when I work out, I do not want to more than double that right?
I am a 5 ' 3' 32 year old female, last weighed at 370

To find your resting heart rate you need to take it as soon as you wake up before you get out of bed.
