Hey everyone :) I'm Nikki... and oh so new to this whole fitness/eating right facet of life. The past seven years of my life have been nothing short of chaotic and stressful. For once, I've decided to do something for myself instead of others. I suppose you can say I'm following a principle of Covey's by putting 'first things first'. I love trying new recipes, taking suggestions, constructive criticism and adhering to advice given. Any about weight loss, strength training and eating properly would be appreciated!
