I make a mean Satay Chicken. I made it up as i went along, feel free to add other stuff or exclude stuff ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

About 15 Mins
1 fillet skin off chicken. (diced)
1 Cup of Broccoli
1 Cup of Cauliflower
1 Cup of carrots
1 Cup of Mushrooms
1 Cup of Diced Onion
2 Tbls of Diced garlic (Add more if you're a garlic fan like me)
2 Big Tbls of Peanut Butter
2 Tbls of Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbls of Fish Oil
1 Tbls of Oyster Sauce
1 Tbls of Butter (To cook the chicken)
1/2 Cup Light Milk
1.Cook the chicken until lightly brown in fry pan
2. Steam Veggies in another pan
3.Add Mushrooms, Onions and garlic.
4.When onions are lightly cooked, add all sauces
5.Add peanut Butter.
6. Add Steamed Veggies.
7. Simmer until sauce is smooth, Add Milk
8. The sauce shouldnt be thick, once smooth, its ready to serve.
Serve with Rice
