suggested workout routine?

Hi! Right now I am doing 2 hours of strength training and 3 hours of cardio per week (an hour per day, 5 days a week). Any suggestions for improvement? What should I be doing to maximize my results and time?

    That's a great workout schedule. I don't see any need to change. As long as you're finding ways to gradually push yourself in the workouts over time, you should be seeing/getting good results (with good diet of course).

    Keep track of your progress, and take monthly pictures for comparison - it's good self-motivation. And over time, you may not resemble looking like a cat any longer. :P (not that there's anything wrong with cats).
