  • Am I too late? I would love to join as well. I am 5 foot 10, 201 lbs, have already lost 16 lbs but seem to be at a plateau. I am exercising a ton so I am hoping its just adding muscle or something. I did the C25k over the last 4 weeks and am now up to running 35 minutes. I also do a strength training circuit. I hope to lose 8 lbs over the next 4 weeks.

    I would love to be a part of this!! I'm a newb... I've had so much trouble losing weight since i had my daughter 2 years ago.. I'm stuck at 235 and haven't managed to be able to keep any weight off. I would like to see at least a 5 pound weight loss in 4 weeks!! Also, I'm in need of some buddies if anyone is interested in any support i can get!

    Hi, if it is not too late I would love to do this! I have lost 60 lbs so far...haven't lost anything since January. Have 25 more to go, been stalled, maybe this is just what I need!

    I am 5'5" 160lbs. Would love to lose 10 lbs (that gets me out of the overweight range!!!!)

There is also a group set up "4 week challenge" and I will post the spreadesheet ever Thursday morning. There are also several topics under the group. I hope that helps.

    YES PLEASE! I'll go for 1lb per week since that's my historical average (even though it feels excruciatingly slow sometimes). I am at a plateau it seems, and am working on getting back with it. Going to try out this CrossFit "cult" tonight :)

    Feeling so hungry these days though I think it must have something to do with the crappy weather dragging on. It's supposed to be spring damnit! Today I am 154 so I'll shoot for 150 by the end of the challenge
