I've read all the women bemoaning that the weight goes off the top first. The most locker-room-embarrassing thing for me are my two "chests." And they don't budge, even as my butt disappears and my belt goes down a notch. Is this how it works for men in general?

From what I have read, they will go down as your weight goes down. Likely closer to the end of your weight loss. There is also a condition, Gynecomastia. Weight loss will not correct this condition. The best you can do is keep losing the weight, and do some chest exercises in hopes to tighten the skin and fill out muscle in the area.0

i focused on chest and back exercises with minimal leg and noticed weight loss in my stomach and man boobs mainly, people say you can't spot reduce but it really worked on the areas i hoped it would, probably mainly because thats where the majority of my fat was and building muscle and toning up helped reduce the "breastness" of them lol0

Thanks. I did free weight work for many years, and I think my pecs, delts, and lats are bigger than most people's. I have been worried that it is gynecomastia. We'll see after I've lost more weight.0
