Experience with Weight Watchers?

I need to lose about 40 pounds in time for my mid-August wedding. I've favored a low-carb diet but am looking for something that is more sustainable and won't send me on a huge binge every time I slip up. Simply counting calories and exercising has not worked the best for me in the past, and I'm scared that there's something wrong with me where that won't work if I put my all into it again. (??) So I'm kind of looking for something new, and am looking into Weight Watchers. Does anyone have any positive or negative experiences with WW? Or any other good ideas?-- I posted this in the wrong section, and now I don't know how to delete it. I'm sorry!
