I've identified I am not eating hardly any fruit or veg! Online journal is awesome to go back and reflect on good choices, bad choices, room for improvement.

I know, isn't it great!?!? I try to go over a whole week every couple weeks and see how I'm doing... see how I'm doing with certain nutrients, especially sodium and carbs. I'm going to get some fruit after work. Kroger has large mangos on sale for 99 cents!! Yippee!0
