Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help me?
I have been following this book and I have forgotten to note down what I am supposed to do today. If anyone has the book, I would like to find out what is the workout for Wednesday - Week 3. I know he says swimming but I can't remember how long and if there is any resistance/ core training afterwards.

I would be grateful if anyone knows

    I'm doing rowing tonight (although he recommended swimming)

    2 lengths(25m length) fast
    2 lengths slow
    for 20 lengths

    1 length fast
    1 length slow
    for 16 lengths

    15 lengths moderate pace
