MFP as workout routine reminder?

Hey, and sorry if this is addressed elsewhere (I did google and dig around a bit), but unless I'm missing something, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to structure workouts using MFP. I was hoping I could save workouts for easy reference at the gym as a reminder as to what I do on each day, how much weight, etc. Instead it seems like once I take the time to enter in my weight training exercises, I just have to go down the list to check off what I did for the calories. Please tell me I'm missing something here as I would much rather use this than JEFIT. Thanks! - Jeff

You're not missing anything. You may want to look at a smartphone app or workout journal for keeping track of workouts. I suspect it's on MFP's list of things to add to the site, but until that day comes, check out this thread:

Cool, thanks Chris! I might see if the bodybuilding.com app is less clunky than JEFIT. Thanks again!- Jeff0
