I am lazy so I am looking to buy a large crock pot. I cook all my meals before the work week starts and then put them in tupperware. Basically I have the same thing every week twice a day, chicken veggies and rice. Instead of using 3-4 pots and using up all the gas in the house, I am thinking about getting a Crock Pot.
What size should I get? I am using the amounts of these every week to cook
60oz Chicken
20-26oz Green Beans
16oz Carrots
3-4 Large Broccoli Stalks
2 Cups Uncle Bens Instant Brown Rice
1 Bottle of Caribbean Jerk Sauce

You know how much it makes by eyeball since you make it all the time so go to the store and look at the cookers until you find one a bit bigger than what you make. My suggestion would be to get an oval one instead of a tall round one for ease of use.0

I have a 6qt crockpot and love it. I also use the crocpot as well. I recommend you get one that has a timer on it so that it will go to warm setting after it is done cooking.0
