DDP yoga. Your experience?

Howdy all. I am looking into DDP yoga. Can some of you who are not paid by them tell me your experience with it? Have you seen weight loss/gain in muscle/tone? Any pros or cons you've experienced. Anything else you'd want to share?

    I've done it. My experience is not as great as some of the others who use it from here. First off if your looking to do yoga that relaxes you DDP is'nt it, lol.. He gets a lil excited sometimes.. but that's ok he's into it. I checked it out when I hurt my knee. My knee is better now but mostly from doing resistance training with bands. They helped he re-build it w/o re-injuring it. I'm a guy who likes to lift though. And I like to go heavy. I do think it's a good addition. But you have to be serious, do you want to bench your own body weight? And if so how many times??? I get the feeling even Page himself still lifts, I've seen him at MMA gyms. PPL who just do DDP don't appear to be concerned about that too much. lol.. And that's ok... Until The Zombie Apocalypse comes!!! lol.... Good Luck to you

    I don't think I will stop lifting. I do know that my flexibility is garbage though so i gotta do something. I am not really interested in teh "relaxing" stuff. I certainly want to get my heart rate up though...
