Eat more anticipating higher calorie burn later?

If you know you will be burning extra calories at the gym later in the day will eat more earlier in the day vs. having so many extra calories tonight?
I have a desk job but go to the gym almost every day. Tonight I will do R.I.P.P.E.D for an hour and then high impact Latin Hip Hop for an hour after that. I typically burn at minimum 1000 calories between these two classes. I won't be home until 9pm. I will have a 200 or so calorie protein shake when I get home. Trying to decide if I should eat a little more today.
Thanks

It doesn't really matter when you eat them, as long as you do. (And as long as you actually go do your workout.)0

Congratulations on your 49lbs lost and all I can say is to keep doing what you've been doing0

I would, and I did when eating at a deficit. I tend to have big burns, so would eat my allotted calories during the day, and use my exercise calories for dinner and evening snacks.0

Enter your calories when you know you are going to work out, and you can space your calories out throughout the day--taht way you arent trying to smash in 1100 calories at 7pm at night Plus when i do this it helps me stay accountable to myw orkout.0

If I knew I had that many calories coming back to me after working out, I would probably try to space them throughout the day. But, as long as you eat them back that's the important thing so it doesn't really matter when you eat them but I would think you'd want to eat more then 200 cal after the workout. We're all different, but I'm starving after a long workout and your body will need replenishing.0

Yea, sometimes I do if I know for sure I'm going to working out. However, in most cases I don't burn enough cals to make that big of a difference. It's pretty easy for me to eat 400-600 cals after a workout so I don't usually worry about it too much.0

Thank you! That is along the lines of what I was thinking. I appreciate the feedback.0
