6 pounds is wonderful, now you just have to keep it up! Remind yourself how good you'll look and feel when you reach your goal weight and all the things you want to achieve like running a mile faster than you ever have before, or running a 5k without stopping.0

If you've lost 6 lbs... but feel like you're the same size. Depending on how much weight you have to lose, 6 lbs may not be a big amount. Your body image may be skewed. there are likely subtle changes that you aren't seeing. Ask a friend or family member if they see where you've lost your 6 lbs.0

it's alwasy hard to look in the mirror and see a new imagine while imagaining the old. Take before and after pictures, it helped me a lot. I also didn't try and compare weekly, I would compare monthly so everytime I would look I would see a bigger difference and feel better about my self and the hard work I put in. Good luck!!0

You joined in Feb? Six pounds is great! It takes awhile to notice but be patient and keep it up. You are on a good roll.0

Take pictures and measurements every two weeks or so! It can be hard to see a change in something you see every day, especially if it's your own body. Think about it - you never notice your hair growing or yourself growing taller until you have something to compare it to.
Congratulations on your first six pounds! You're doing great.0 -
What MaeRenee94 said. You can't go back in time and take before pictures or measurements unfortunately (oh how I wish I had) but you can start now!
Also, really think about how your clothes are fitting. I'm sure that pair of jeans that was getting snug is fitting a lot better now or maybe you don't feel like that certain shirt is as clingy as it used to be.
As someone else mentioned start setting goals that have more to do with healthy eating and fitness. Maybe you need to work on getting more water in or eating your fruits and veggies. Maybe you want to start training to be able to run or bike in charity races. Or maybe you just want to be able to take a walk on the beach without getting winded. Either way, these are achievable goals that have the secondary affect of helping with your weight loss (assuming you're eating correctly, we all know you can't out exercise a bad diet).
And as far as motivation goes, keep reminding yourself this isn't just about getting to a certain number on the scale, this is for life (as you pointed out on your profile). All the changes I mentioned above are more about making healthy habits for life, not just a short term stretch until you get to that certain size or weight. Think about your lifelong health and mobility.
Best of luck!0
