having issues with feeling hungry

Finding myself super hungry lately may be I need to change my calories ,according to fitnessfrog my TDEE IS 1619 and my BMR is 1,349 I know another question about what I need to be taking in but honestly Im horrible at math ,can someone do it for me ,I will mess it up if I do the calculations just being honest.I want the calories based on sedentary since I dont workout much these days.

Im 4ft 10in 29 yr old female
lost 21lbs since jan 1st was on 1200 cals a day now 1300 , not sure whats going on.

Please help :)

Never had issues with hunger up till now .Im 20lbs away from my goal:)
