CrossFit and calorie burn

Does any one have any idea how to track calorie burns while doing crossfit? I started 2 weeks ago and was told that a regular crossfit workout can burn up to 600 calories. I have been only assuming 1/2 of that amount for my daily burn because I'm afraid to go over my caloric intake, but I find myself really, really hungry after workouts. Any suggestions?

    I do crossfit and I enter mine as 'circuit training general 20 min-30min', I think I burn more also but my goal is to lose weight so I dont mind understating my calorie loss
