Does anyone know of any good at home yoga or pillates programs? I would love to do actual classes but that is hard when I work two jobs and go to full time school. Any suggestions would really help! :)

I tried P90x yoga....once. Its pretty hardcore (for me anyway). But it seemed like a good program?

Personally, I love Rodney Yee. Check out his stuff! His DVD's are usually dirt cheap.

Rodney Yee is excellent for yoga. I also have The 10 Minute Solutions DVDs for both PIlates and Yoga and like them. PopPilates (blogilates) is pretty good, too. I've just started using those videos on YouTube.

Another recommendation for Rodney Yee here. He's on the Gaiam series, which you can get at Target, Walmart and probably a ton of other places for $10-$15. I also have a couple Pilates DVDs from the Gaiam series. They're OK, but I found the Pop Pilates clips on youtube much more challenging.
