Hi All
i know this question probably will answer itself, but I need reassurance..
This week i was unable to work out.. with trainings during the day and commitments at night. However, I have been extra careful with watching my calorie intake.
One week of not working out as long as I watch my calories is ok right? The system is set up to lose weight w out working out? I know its essential to work out, but I wanted to make sure if I didnt I could still lose..
Does that make sense?
Thanks
Carissa

You can. Most likely you will maintain your weight.0

I think it takes about 2 weeks of not working out before your muscles start to atrophy. And you may lose a little weight, or, as was already pointed out, should at least maintain.

no if you take in your calories that you are suppose to each day you can still lose weight bc you will still burn more cals just by your daily activities like walking breathing and all that fun stuff. so you can def still lose weight.0

I know this may sound funny, but I get on 7 day kicks and it works. I will go for 7 days straight with 20-30 minutes each day, then back off a week, then pick it up again.....0

yeah, the website has a built in 500 cal deficit per day anyways, so even if you don't exercise, as long as you're not going over your cals, you should be still losing because you're burning more cals than you're eating. :happy:0
