Dealing with the problem areas... help?!

Hi Friends!
I have been working out and eating better. I feel great and I have noticed small changes in my body. My already "athletic" arms and legs (I have an apple body-type, where all my fat is in my midsection...) are now even smaller and toner! I can see little changes in my face and my collar bones stick out a tad more! These things gets me really amped and keep me motivated, but I am having a very hard time seeing changes in my midsection... my Horrible problem area. I spot train on abs every night, take frequent walks during the day, and I alternate between cardio and strength training at least 6 times a week at the gym... I want to get over this... bathing suit season is coming fast... and in AZ... its pretty much already here....
What are your problem areas? How are you dealing with/how have you dealt with them, if you have conquered it?
Does anyone have any information, help, tips to help us all?

There's no such thing as spot-reducing fat, unfortunately! It just doesn't work that way. It will come off where and when it jolly well wants no mallter how many ab-targeting things you do. All you'll accomplish is to have a rockin' set of abs *under* the fat until the fat decides it's time to vacate. Period.0

By "spot-training" your abs, the best case scenario is that you're going to increase the size of your ab muscles, which isn't going to help you get to your goal. HIIT mixed with cardio and heavy lifting would be my answer, but I'm just one person. Get your sprint on!0

Hey girl I am in your SAME situation and WISH I could spot reduce my stomach. It seems that ALL my weight goes there and nowhere else. I have been seeing little changes too but i want to look good in a bathing suit for ONCE this summer! Unfortunately, the person Phrick who posted before is right, untill the fat decides to come off on its own doing ab workouts is only going to strengthen the muschles underneath!0

cut out alcohol and all sugars and fake sugars, do cardio at every workout0

I carry my weight all over and I seem to lose it differently every time I've tried to lose weight. I'm noticing my sides are getting smaller, but my face still looks the same. I'm really itching to get a skinny face.0
