This is happening to me too, since this is the first time I'm actually losing fat and not muscle tissue. It's depressing. I've bee doing lots of pushups and chest flys to try to firm up the muscle a bit. At least they'll be perky....

Try strength training, can't promise it will work but it won't hurt to try. When I lost 25 pounds at age 20, mine got pretty small (not that they were big to begin with). When I gained weight, they went from a 34B to a 36C. That's the biggest they'd ever been. I literally prayed that I could "keep them" when I lost weight this time lol! I've lost over 30 pounds so far. I was a 36C December 2011. When I got resized in January of this year, I was a 34DD! I don't look like a DD (and i didn't believe her). Losing the weight around my back plus toning the muscle under my breasts has helped them to look bigger.

Note: I don't think they really are any bigger than they were before. I just think they stayed the same while everything else got smaller. The way they figure out your cup size is taking the fullest part of your breasts minus either the top or bottom of your breasts (depends on where you go). So it makes since you'd appear to "grow" even though you're smaller.

    Hope this helped!

Boobs and butt...first areas to go. At least with the butt you can tone it and tighten it and work the muscles. With boobs there is nothing you can do besides a good push up bra or boob job lol.

I partially agree with this but I think you can work the upper body muscles as well. I found that push-ups and bench presses really helped firm up my chest, which keeps everything perky :)

do strength training instead. You still burn calories and you'll tone the muscles around your tits instead of just having sag.

I learned this the hard way. Too much cardio not enough push ups. luckily I'm not trying to be a porn star else I'd need fake boobs.

One thing to consider is that bras are designed to fit very snugly to your body. So, it is the easiest place to notice fat loss.

I've come to the realization that I will just have to get surgery. I have lost volume (but they are still large), but due to the lost in volume, they are even saggier and droopier. Also, due to less volume, the stretch marks around the tops of them are very noticeable now. (Just like when someone is pregnant, you can see the stretch marks on their stretched out stomach, but once they lose the weight, the stretch marks are rippled and loose....that's what mine have done) :( Nothing I can do but continue to work on my body, and once I am there, have surgery to correct them if I wish. They are a HUGE self-esteem killer for me.

Not a stupid question! It's just part of weight loss. All you can really do is do chest exercises to tone the muscles in that area and give them a little more definition, but it won't increase your cup size. Your boobs will go smaller, but you'll prevent them from sagging. Small perky boobs are good!

And anyways, Ann Summers and Victoria's Secret have some really good bras to knock them up a few sizes

There is hope! Do more strength training than cardio, you will tone up look leaner and keep your boobs!

It goes from where it goes from, unfortunately. One thing you might consider is doing bench press, though. I'm 35 and I've had two kids, the youngest of which nursed until she was almost two. Gravity is definitely not my friend, and I noticed a bit of a "lift" in the girls once I added in benching heavy (heavy being a relative term, of course.) Obviously, it didn't increase the size, but they're a bit perkier than they were.

i was going to suggest this as well. It won't make them any "bigger", but the lift is nice. :)

I've lost some up top too. I've been doing a lot of pushups lately and they seem like they've 'lifted' somewhat. Otherwise, get a good bra

    Fat loss is fat loss
it comes off wherever it wants to.

Not if you stimulate your nips while working out. Silly!

I've increased my cardio in order to lean out a little more and unfortunately most of the loss is coming from my bra :( This is NOT my goal, as I'm perfectly happy with that part of my body just the way it is. I'm guessing there's nothing (natural) I can do to avoid this - but I had to ask anyway! Suggestions??
Welcome to my world. I went from a 36 inch band to a 28 inch band...but am wearing most of the same pants. Fail.

On the bright side with strength training I think I look a whole lot perkier then I use to. I'd rather be slimmer and perkier then flabbier and saggier.

    ^ this.

Crossing my fingers but after two kids (having 1 where I did lose in the breast and the 2nd which has been the same despite a significant loss of fat) that I won't lose from my breasts but I have definitely noticed that chest exercises have made my breasts super perky. I love it!
