I'm dipping into distance running this spring to summer, with the hopes of preparing for a Ragnar Relay down the road. I've really always been under 5/6 miles in my experience. With that said, I did a trail run this past weekend with enormous hills out in the woods without any water stops.....that killed me because I didn't bring water.
I've never worn those waist packs or CamelBaks but I have another trail run this coming weekend that may be longer than last week's so any quick advice as to which is better or if it is just a matter of preference, would be greatly appreciated. TIA!
